Terms & Refund Policy

1. These terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to every purchase made through getmoneymode.com and to your use of this website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order.

2. Digital products and immediate delivery

Everything sold on this website is a digital product. No physical product is shipped. Your download is made available immediately after successful payment, and a link is also sent to the email address you give at checkout.

At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you expressly consent to delivery beginning straight away. You also acknowledge that, once delivery of the digital content begins, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

It is your responsibility to enter a valid email address. If your files do not arrive, check your spam folder first and then write to info@getmoneymode.com and we will resend them.

What you need

The spreadsheets work in Microsoft Excel and in free Google Sheets. The guides are PDF files. You do not need to connect a bank account, and no financial data of yours is sent to us.

3. Refund & cancellation policy

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final once the download has been made available to you. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, for lack of use, or because the product did not match an expectation that is not described on the sales page.

EU/EEA consumers

Consumers in the EU and EEA normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content delivered immediately, that right does not apply once delivery has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. You give both at checkout before payment, by ticking the required box.

Defective or incorrectly delivered products

If a file is corrupted, will not open, is missing from your delivery, or is not the product you paid for, write to info@getmoneymode.com within 14 days of purchase and describe the problem. We will fix it, resend the files, or — if we cannot put it right — refund you in full. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally pay for the same product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate payment in full.

Customers outside the EU/EEA

The same policy applies: digital products are non-refundable once delivered, and we will always put right a defective or incorrect delivery.

How to contact us about a refund

Email info@getmoneymode.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number and a short description of the problem. We aim to answer within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the sales page. Where VAT or sales tax applies to your country, it is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Licence and use of the material

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own household's finances. You may keep them, print them, and edit your own copy.

You may not resell, share, republish, distribute, or upload the files or their contents anywhere, and you may not use them to create a competing product. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the products, the text, the design and this website remain with tmi Ari Koski.

6. Educational content, not financial advice

MoneyModeLab provides educational tools and general information about personal budgeting. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is tailored to your individual circumstances. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions. For advice about your own situation, speak to a qualified professional.

7. Limitation of liability

The products are provided as they are. We do not promise any particular financial result, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the products or this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.

8. Your data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Nothing here removes the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
